3 Season Room

Project Notes:

The Client wanted a mud room for their dog.  After the sunroom was built, a followup with the client revealed that the sunroom is the most-used room in their home.

Actions:

Build thesunroom from scratch.

Accomodate the uneven surfaces of the house due to the design of the exterior.

Blend the flashing to make the sunroom appear as if it was always a part of the home.

Outcome:

The cleints were extremely happy with the new room and so was their [giant] dog.
