Screen Room

Project Notes:

The Clients bought the home and were unhappy with the esthetic of the current worn patio cover that currently occupied the rear deck. 

The clients desired a new, bright, strong and high-quality screen room to enjoy the outdoors and keep out the bugs.

Note that in the winter the room is not heated, so the roof had to be constructed to reliably withstand wind and snow loads.

Actions:

The existing patio cover had to be removed.

The deck had to be reinforced with additional capacity.

A new screen room was built.

Outcome:

The cleints were extremely happy with the new room.
