3 Season Room

Project Notes:

The Clients had an outdoor tent type of cover that could only be used during the summer.  Ottawa is too cold for it to be used otherwise.

They wanted more space and a room that could be used mostly all year round.  They also wanted the ability for the sun to heat the room during the winter (free heat) so they decided on an acrylic roof.

Actions:

Remove existing tent structure (done by client).

Prepare helical piles and install new room, complete with electrical and an electrical fireplace.

Outcome:

The clients were extremely happy with the new room.
