4 Season Room

Project Notes:

The clients love company and entertaining.  They have many friends and a large family and wanted a nice outdoor edition that would allow them to experience “Summer” all year round.

The room is heated with a gas fireplace in the winter and a removeable floor air conditioner in the summer.

Actions:

Create a room that manages snow given the unique shape of the space where the room will be installed.

Blend the room exterior with the exterior of the existing home.

Make the room usable all year round.

Outcome:

The cleints were ecstatic with the new room.
